PROJECT CHALLENGES
The Hyperscale Data Centres programme needed to accelerate delivery while improving schedule predictability, project visibility and delivery assurance. Fragmented operations, changing designs and limited early visibility created delays, rework and difficulty meeting critical milestones.
THE SOLUTION
Teknobuilt introduced PACE OS, Digital Advanced Work Packaging and the Digital Work Block methodology to replace fragmented, activity-based delivery with a connected construction process. Scope, drawings, materials, schedules, costs, safety information and equipment were digitally linked to structured work blocks, giving teams clearer accountability, stronger coordination and earlier visibility of constraints.
RESULTS
The approach created a repeatable and scalable delivery model for the global hyperscale data-centre programme. Teams gained greater visibility of risks, work readiness and milestone performance, helping reduce rework, interruptions and unnecessary rescheduling.
